Awareness is one of Depot Egypt – Kadmar Group’s key strategic responses to the challenges of business. Not only awareness of the demands and developments of the markets we serve, but also of the broader world around us – the communities and environments in which we work and live Depot Egypt – Kadmar Group encourages its people to be alert of and support community projects, endorse the wellbeing of our employees and their families, and engage in initiatives to help protect and preserve the planet.

Admiral Mahmoud Hatim El Kady community development Foundation is a social organization concerned about helping the community in development of health care, literacy and others social projects to help in developing our community and our humans.

The foundation was established in 2009.

Helping Hands

Depot Egypt – Kadmar Group regularly hosts blood donation campaigns, and encourages its staff to get engaged in the Pyramids Marathon Relay and Pink campaigns.

Depot Egypt – Kadmar Group sponsors children with special needs all over Egypt. They support the charity’s work to overcome poverty and injustice for local children, families and communities with donations and gifts of stationery, books and toys to Schools and medical equipment, ambulance cars to hospitals. As well as building Education schools for Special needs help and illiteracy fighting.

Depot Egypt – Kadmar Group is also hosting Musical & Cultural events on yearly basis for a local non-for-profit organization.

Training is taken seriously at all levels.

More than 5% of our budget are spent on:
- Professional training.
- HR methods to improve staff and company performance.

We support MBA’s for our employees, we have 8 MBA & 3 DBA within Kadmar Group.
- 15 licensed customs brokers.
- 9 FIATA Diplomas.
- 2 Higher FIATA Diploma.
Women are encouraged to take leadership within all companies, our target is 40% by 2022.
