Referring to the decisions of His Excellency the Minister of Finance today regarding a package of exceptional measures to facilitate the release of imports and reduce the burdens on investors in light of the current global crisis, the most important of which is allowing shipping agencies to transport imported goods from ports to warehouses and dry ports outside customs ports
“Customs” pledges to shipping agencies not to release shipments transported outside the customs ports until after they issue a “delivery order”

We are pleased to notify our customers from shipping lines and stakeholders that Depot Egypt warehouses are ready under license No 58 from General Customs Deposits, located in Sokhna, to receive goods shipped in containers or without, unload their contents, and return the container empty to contribute to reducing demurrage and storage charges.
